Abortion Shark Iz Ravenuz

"oh."

date: June 11, 2008

Oh Abortion Shark, who knows what you'll do next :3

It was completely over the top from the get go, but I enjoyed it thoroughly. Silly Abortion Shark, will you EVER win?

June 12, 2008

Author's Response:

He'll never win. Not even on his ABC sitcom.

Clock Day Disco Date

"Hardcore."

date: June 11, 2008

That was seriously some amazing stuff. I felt like I could really connect with the main character in the story and his inability to dance. I think it's something that hits home with alot of us white folk, and I know it definitely did for me. The story was compelling and well told too.

The graphics were quite interesting. I see you went with a simplistic approach to your animation and some of the effects really helped capture the emotion of the characters. The use of John Cages's 4'33'' was a great decision.

Overall, it's a freaking masterpiece. Keep it up!

Author's Response:

Yeah, well I thought of my horrible dancing skills a bit when making this flash. Yeah, I'm usually a pretty complicated artist with flash, but I went a little "oldschool" with this submission, for real. Thanks for the reviews and critisism man.

The Rise of a Knight

"Good."

date: March 20, 2008

Very good, fun game, great animation and sound effects. It could have used with a mute button though, and the quick slash animation looked a bit retarded. Overall though, it was a very good game.

May 4, 2008

Author's Response:

The quick slash looked retarded? How? I think it looks pretty cool while he's running, but maybe if he stands still it looks a bit weird yes :) Anyway, glad you liked the game, thanks!

Break Out Wars

"Very stylish."

submission: Break Out Wars

Probably one of the best versions of that game I've played. Very nice graphics and the power-ups were cool. Overall it was just great, although it lacked background music and the like, but the sound effects were pretty cool, so no problems there.

Good job bro.

Warrior's endeavor.

"Fairly well done."

date: March 18, 2008

It was quite nice, the bubbles in the opening looked very nice and gave a good first impression, the little Russian map looked quite nice but as the previous reviewer said the flag looked quite sloppy. The animation could have been much more fluent and the lines could have been a bit smoother.

The character actually looked quite nice, I liked the green outline and the overall design of the character, as well as the reflection in the window when he launches the nukes. The rockets were really well drawn and the green tracking on the world map was pretty cool. The scene with the rocket falling down over the realistic back drop was done quite well and the explosion effect looked quite nice.

Regarding audio, the background music could have been a bit softer but was otherwise alright. My main concern was the quality of the voice over, which was a bit too loud and staticy.

Overall, an above average flash that could have used some small improvements in certain area's.

Very nice animation and graphics, loved the style. Only complaint was the length. I get it was a very quick fire joke, but I still wish it had have been longer.

Portal : Still Alive

"Love the song."

date: March 2, 2008

I love that song. Anyway, the animation was pretty average - as were the graphics, but it was synced fairly well and was entertaining to watch despite the sub-par graphics. It just looked a little basic.

Dice generator for D&D

"Well"

date: March 1, 2008

It functioned correctly, but it was COMPLETELY pointless. I mean, I can just use a real dice, pull numbers out of a hat, or dozens of other methods that would require less effort than opening up a webpage and loading that game just for a random number generator.

The background was also annoying. Maybe add sound. ;)

March 1, 2008

Author's Response:

Pulling numbers out of a hat isn't very convenient: sometimes papers get stuck in a corner. Also a set of dice for D&D costs something, not this flash. You could save the pop-up window in your documents and open it whenever you want. About the annoying background: in the top left corner is a button that toggles the annoying background on or off. For sound: I don't want to add music, though I could add a little button sound, just to tell the user he clicked on it.
