Interesting games. The graphics were really good, the animation was nice to. Good job with the raising/falling effect. My arm was sore just from one go, but I had bad wrists anyway. I liked the falling raising bit, but the clicking felt bad lol. That was enough to stop me having a second go, but for someone whos wrists don't suck this could be a bit of fun.

The sound wasn't that great, not bad either. Just in the middle.

Overall it's a decent game, nothing addictive though. 7/10.

Please. This was boring and repetitive. It was just like EVERY other hunting game out there.

Some good points were that you put a small amount of effort into the graphics. The reloading animation with the shotgun was nice, but could have been smoother. The day/night cycle was a nice touch.

The bad points are repetition. And alot of it. Very boring very quickly. The music was annoying, a little distorted and a bit to loud. Overall the game was ok, nothing addicting or brilliant. Nice try though.

It's quite a fun game, the problem is there isn't much replayability. The physics were nice, but it felt laggy. Firstly, make it a bit faster. Secondlt... the graphics need a COMPLETE overhaul. Do it from scratch graphics wise. Perhaps make the entrances to the next level glow like a little portal. I understand this is your first submission, but making a version 2 of this will be excellent practice before moving onto harder stuff.

Also, sound! It's VERY easy to do. Don't let the fact that it seems hard discourage you. Just check out a tutorial and get crackin' on the sound.

Poor dude.

This is a night series, it's really different then alot of crap on here. No real plot, sorta just seems to go along with it. The music was Banjo Kazooie right? It sounded great. The animation went along well with it. BTW, it's called Rick 1. Killing him off kinda ends the series lol. Anyway, can't wait to see number 2. It was oddly funny.

It was better then have the crappy maze games that pass through here. Still, it was boring. People need to do more impressive things with these maze games, it's essentially the same thing that i've been doing on paper since I was 5. And i'm assuming the mazes were randomly generated, in which case, good job with that.

"Matrix-ish"

Graphics: 6
Pretty bland. The glow was nice, but the background was plain, and the enemies didn't vary to much.

Style/Gameplay/Interactivity: 8
The combat style is a bit Matrix-ish. I liked how your moves changed depending on surrounding enemies, and the slow mo was wicked. The variation of throw moves was cool to, it just would have been nice to see a few more combos or perhaps even weaponry. The overall game was a little to easy and short to. Powerups would have been sweet, aswell as ALOT more levels.

Sound: 6
The sound FXs themselves were good, but the music was pretty average. Nothing spectacular here, and it's a shame since the gameplay was so great.

Overall: 8
Very nice submission for a fighting game, but I could lower the score - but I decided not to worry about the short length and ease, as this could very easily be used for new versions with more levels. Hope to see this go further in future. Good job.

Damn. You are one of my favourite authors, that was amazing. You have some serious skill. The animation was great, aswell as the music. It was just fucking awesome. Despite being a demo, it was still a really well done job. I'm starting to like this more then Umeko. Great work, wish you could post the full version.
